Sleep deprivation, affecting over 45% of the world's population, leads to significant declines in well-being and productivity, with studies showing that insufficient sleep costs the U.S. economy up to $411 billion annually (Rand Corporation).
How it started...
With this problem in mind, we conducted a survey with a sample size of 23 participants to understand the sleep patterns of individuals and gained valuable insights into the factors affecting sleep quality.
Of all the issues we gathered, we realized that most of the sleep disruptions were caused by work or lifestyle factors such as work stress or lifestyle choices.
